Amy Joyner is a California native who has made Little Rock her home. After obtaining her Bachelors in Child Development and Masters in Special Education, Amy spent 20 years working with families and children with special needs. In 2017, she decided it was time for a career change and wanted to put her man hands to good use by becoming a Licensed Massage Therapist. By combining her love for sports and massage, she opened up Recharge Massage here at Crossfit Midpoint, where she can focus on athletes.
Amy has participated in a myriad of sports throughout her life including Track and Field, Soccer, Taekwondo, Crossfit, Powerlifting, Strongman, and most recently, Little Rock Women’s Rugby.
