Our CrossFit Members

To ensure that our members continue to get the benefits of CrossFit from a remote location, CrossFit Midpoint offers virtual classes. These CrossFit courses are being held through a Zoom line provided on the Athlete Facebook page.

11:30 a.m. to noon

5 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Our CrossFit Move Members

CrossFit Midpoint has established a virtual course through Zoom to keep our members moving at their chosen location. The link to the CrossFit Move course is being shared on the CrossFit Midpoint Athlete Facebook page.
