CrossFit MidPoint Move Program
About CrossFit Move
CrossFit Move is a basic introduction to bodyweight CrossFit movement combined with boot camp style classes. The workouts are designed to improve strength and cardiovascular respiratory endurance.
Class Schedule
The program is held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Those that sign up for our Move program will also have the opportunity to join our Saturday CrossFit class.
