What You Need To Know About Our Fitness Bootcamp

Who Can Sign Up:

We encourage anyone and everyone no matter where there are in their fitness journey. The goal of our workout classes is to help you reach your goals and ensure you become the healthiest you. Be prepared to work hard and start seeing results fast!

When Are The Classes & What’s Involved:

Our first 6-week fitness bootcamp of 2022 starts January 3rd and goes till February 12th.

  • Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m.
  • Saturdays at 9 a.m.

The classes focus on bodyweight movements and conditioning. During the bootcamp, you are provided nutrition guidance as well as receiving personal training on the correct form and ensuring you get the most out of your workout.
